  • Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?

    Do not worry. We supply all the needed supplies and equipment. However, we understand you may want us to use a specific product in your home. That is fine with us.

  • Do your vacuums have HEPA filters?

    Our vacuums all contain Hypo-Allergenic filtration systems. This allows for the removal of 99.9% of all allergens down to 0.3 microns.

  • What if something is damaged or broken?

    NV Cleaning Services, Inc. is 100% Insured. Your belongings are of great concern to us. If anything happens we will handle it promptly. That is a promise.

  • How do I pay?

    We prefer our clients pay by credit cards. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also leave a check for us before you go to work or pay the maid directly.

  • Are your services guaranteed?

    All our services are guaranteed. If your not completely satisfied with our services, we will happily come back and correct the issue.

  • With my Scheduled Maid Service, will the same person clean my home each time?

    We try our best to have the same person clean your house each time. If the same person cleans your house each time they are able to learn your home and your personal preferences allowing them to do the job easier. Everyone wins.

  • What time will you arrive at my home?

    If you would like a specific time we suggest the morning time. Midday appointment can often be delayed by unforeseen conditions, like traffic!!

  • Do I have to be home when you come?

    No one has to be home if we are in possession of a key. We only accept keys for Scheduled Cleanings and not until we complete the first cleaning.
